We are part of the Southwest Iowa Southern Baptist Association (SWISBA) district, the Baptist Convention of Iowa (BCI) state convention, and the National Southern Baptist Convention. Crossroads Community Church’s e4 Mission:
•To encourage others through our thoughts, words, and deeds, which are based on the Bible and our relationship with Jesus Christ.
•To equip those coming through our doors and neighborhoods with ministry and ministry toosl for them to start a relationship with Jesus Christ or grow in their current one.
•To empower them to be intentional in serving Crossroads Community Church and beyond with their time, talent, and treasures for the Lord.
•To purposefully engage others by sharing their story, Jesus’ story, with the ultimate goal to be and to make disciples. (Matthew 28:18-20)
Crossroads Community Church's Vision:
To be a disciple-based, discipleship-making, and a disciple-sending church that intentionally lives on mission to fulfill the Great Mission. (Matthew 28:18-20) We will disciple people, help disciples to disciple others, and plant disciple-based churches. This will be accomplished in either of the following ways: 1. Plant multi-campus location(s). 2. Be a sending and supporting church for new church plants.
